I always spend way too much
money on takeaway coffee, on makeup I don’t really need but I want to buy. New
makeup is exciting, there are always so much new exciting things to try, new eye
shadow palettes in same brown color you already have loads of but not exact,
new lipstick in same color but different brand i already have. Basically I over
spend on makeup that I most of time don’t use or I have multiple of same
things, like I have more than 8 eye shadow palettes, more than 5 liquid lipsticks I don’t really
use right now because they make my lips to dry especially in winter, and many
more things like that.
And coffee, I love coffee, and
take away coffee is so delicious! Whenever I go somewhere with my brother I always
ask him to drive me to my favorite gas station for coffee, andsometimes I buy coffee on my way back as
well. If I’m sad or work pisses me off, I buy coffee in both of my lunch breaks.
Im even siting at coffee shop right now :D
But this gets very expensive.
My goals and why I want to try
this:
I want to save money, because
sometimes at the end of month there is nothing much left till I’ll get paid
again, so I cant even save anything.
Use up things I already have. I have way too much things I don’t
use or not gona use, cant use because I have so much of them. To be honest in
morning I don’t have time or need for lavish makeup looks, because I go to work
and you don’t really need full face of makeup with everything!
Makeup goes bad and I don’t want
to throw almost unused things out, it’s wasteful and I will never use all of
them up on time or before I want another new shiny thing. Sometimes I don’t even
like things I bought. I don’t need to buy something because its on sale or just
cheap, because I bought it when I was bored and browsed multiple online stores.
I pay for monthly beauty box subscription,
and I don’t need more new things!
And for coffee, I have coffee
at home and reusable cup, and buying takeaway coffee whenever I want gets way
too expensive! As well drinking that much coffee is not that good for my
health/chronic illness.
My rules:
I’ll start with coffee:
1 takeaway coffee per week,
because sometimes when I don’t drink coffee for days I have the worst head ache
that doesn’t go away unless I drink coffee, and I know myself too well that I’ll
buy it anyway and fail!
For makeup:
I’ll buy something only when I
run out of it and I already don’t have replacement at home, then I can buy it.
I have my beauty box subscription I don’t need to buy new makeup things for
myself.
So let’s do this and I’ll
update you in February how my no spend moth went.
As i'm waiting for my salary, i kinda made plan how to save. Lets try and see if i succeed or fail, but at least i'm trying.
Let's start: My plan, kinda
First thing is to pay all my bills that i can now, and leave enough money for those that i'll have to pay later - like all my monthly subscriptions.
Then buy all gifts and things i need to get as soon as i can
Set weekly budget.
Possibly set aside something, if i can.
Leave enough money for dentist, and that's not cheap or other emergency things that could come up.
No more than 2 takeaway coffees per week (i could say no coffees at all, but let's be real!)
I have food at home - stop with takeaways
When i'll pay all my bills and check how much money i need for my subscriptions, then i could see how much money i have to work with, and plan all other things.
I have upcoming 2 celebrations i need gifts for - and i know that place were i'll get them doesnt really do sales, so i can get them as soon as possible, so they get there on time.
Make list on things i need to buy for myself - this does not include food. SO far i need 1 thing new ear phones, and i really want 1 t shirt, but thats not necessity but i really want it! And buy as soon as i can, so i can plan other things. New summer shoes. that are comfortable and dont give awful blisters, and it would be amazing if i can get them either trifted or on sale.
Come up with weekly budget - how much money i can spend on groceries and things like that on 1 week, including takeaway coffees. Hoping this will help me spend less on coffee and on already ready to eat food, because i can cook or make coffee for myself, but i'm lazy and coffee is like warm emotional support in some days, i just need it!
Before that when i tried to save for something i set aside certain money, that obviously i can use if i need, but if i can live without spending it, at least i actually save something.
Remind myself that i have dentist appointment and its never cheap, and i have to use public transport there. If weather is nice i usually walk back after it, but lucky me, has job after it, so i dont have much time to walk as i will want to rest, so i cant even save on public transport.
Last month i spend more than 60 euros un takeaway coffee! That's too much! I even bought milk frother , and coffee with that tastes almost as good as bought ready one. I have reusable coffee cup, i need to figure out proportions for that, and i can make my own, at least to drink while walking to work.
We are getting takeaways at least once a week, cause it's easy and saves time and effort, but it gets expensive, but i dont regret last months over priced KFC order, that chicken is soooo good! Obviously it's not healthy as well!
Šoreiz kkā ļoti ātri sapakoju somas, ko ņemt līdzi uz festivālu, it kā liekas, ka ir par daudz, bet tajā pašā laikā, viss kas būtu vajadzīgs tur ir. Turpinu savu vasaras tradīciju un braucu uz Positivus. Par to kā man gāja, es parasti uzrakstu drīz pēc festivāla, bet es nekad neesmu rakstījusi vairāk par lietām, ko es ņemu līdzi. Tā kā man šoreiz bija iedvesma, un raksts kuru gribēju uzrakstīt pirms šī ieraksta, nerakstījās, ķēros klāt šim.
Parasti man kosmētika atradās vienā maciņā, un viss pārējais citā, šoreiz es gribēju, lai ērti un kompaktāk, es varu visu salikt vienā somā. Un šī piemīlīgā, vasarīgā flamingo kosmētikas soma, ir pietiekami liela un ērta, lai varu salikt visu vajadzīgo un vēl šo to. Noteikti šo somu izmantošu, kad kaut kur braukšu. Šo pašu somu diemžēl, vairs neatrodu, domāju, ka viņa ir izpirkta, bet kaut ko ļoti līdzīgu esmu redzējusi H&M.

Un tā maija favorītu ieraksts pārtapa par apvienojumu ar Jūniju...
Man šķiet, ka es katru šāda veida ierakstu sāku ar to, cik ātri pagāja konkrētais mēnesis, bet tā ir, laiks kaut kā skrien uz priekšu ļoti ātri.
Maijs bija diezgan interesants mēnesis, pirmo reizi biju slimnīcā, un pirmo reizi paņēmu slimības lapu. Vispār mini atvaļinājums bija tas, ko man visvairāk vajadzēja, jo iešana uz darbu nerada prieku. Protams PČ hokejā netika laista garām neviena Latvijas izlases spēle. Pamanījos apdegt saulē veselas 2 reizes ar visu aizsargkrēmu.
Īsumā par Jūniju, kad neiet, tad neiet tā pamatīgi, bet uz beigām jau redzi cerības staru. Autoskola vēljoprojām ir ļoti sāpīga tēma, bet es apsolu gan jums, gan sev, ka agrāk vai vēlāk es saņemšos, kaut vai iešu teoriju vēlreiz, jā es pateicu to skaļi, un darīšu visu, kas manos spēkos, man jāmaina domāšanas veids šajā lietā, jo tad kad man brīžiem kaut kas nesanāk, liekas, ka nesanāk nekas, uznāk stress, un visa diena un varbūt nedēļa tiek sabojāta, un es sāku nožēlot, kāpēc man vispār šo visu vajag, bet es saņemšos, visam savs laiks!
Jūnijs pagāja skatoties futbolu, futbols man vienmēr ir diezgan tuva lieta, bet skumīgi skatīties LV izlases spēles, tāpēc reizi 2 gados jūnijs ir visgaidītākais mēnesis, kas paiet ar futbolu, un es jau nevaru sagaidīt Eiropas čempionātu :D
Šķiet, ka darbs Jāņos jau sāk kļūt par skumīgu tradīciju, šoreiz Jāņi mazliet savādāki, jā, es skatījos futbolu, un ēdu Jāņu sieru, un dzēru kvasu, jo alus man riebjas, bet kurš teica, ka obligāti jāklausās Jāņu dziesmas un jāsēž pie ugunskura? varbūt to nākošgad, kad man būs brīvs , cerams :D
Jūnijā arī saņēmos un kārtīgi izšķiroju skapi, un bez žēlastības izmetu(labās drēbes iemetu ziedojumu kastē) to, kas neder un nepatīk, kāda iespēja, ka es ielīdīšu tajās drēbēs, labāk atstāt skapī to, kas der, un kas liek justies labi.

Nu ko lai saka, produktam ir patīkama smarža, man šķiet, ka smaržo pēc gurķiem. Vai esmu novērojusi kādu atšķirību lietojot šo produktu, mans vaigu sārtums turas ilgāk. Acu ēnu palete no ebay, kas ir viltojums, kādam ļoti labi zināmam brendam, nosaukumu neminēšu, bet ja zināt, kas tā ir, gaidu variantus komentāros :D - vispār jau es gribēju nopirkt rozīgas acu ēnas, bet tā kā domāju, ka nelietošu tās bieži, tad neko dārgu negribējās pirkt, un ebay ir labs variants, jo ja nelietošu bieži, nebūšu izmetusi naudu. Tā meklējot paleti, es atradu šo, tikai atnākot tai, redzēju, ka esmu nejauši nopirkusi fake/viltojumu. Visas ēnas, izņemot balto, ir ļoti pigmentētas, ka ja nezinātu, domātu, ka esmu nopirkusi īsto versiju, bet baltā krāsa man tāpat nav vajadzīga. Par noturību - ar bāzi iztur manu darba dienu, parasti jaucu kopā ar brūnām ēnām. Dažreiz vajag kaut ko košāku :)
Brūnais groziņš - atradu nelielā labdarības veikalā tikai par 2 eiro, es būtu maksājusi vairāk, viņam nāca klāt arī vāciņš, tagad varu salikt dažus savus nieciņus. Labprāt aiziešu paskatīties, kas, vēl tur labs un galvenais nauda nonāk labās rokās un labiem mērķiem :)
No filmām:
Beidzot noskatījos Black panther - nebija slikta, bet ne labākā Marvel filma. Noskatoties bija neliela vilšanās sajūta, laikam nesaprotu, kas viņā tāds, par ko visi tā jūsmoja. Toties Avengers Infinity war bija tik laba cik visi saka, es nevaru sagaidīt nākošo daļu, jo es gribu zināt, kas būs tālāk.
Mūzika:
Bring me the horizon - Avalanche - dažas dziesmas tevi uzrunā vairāk, tad kad tu jūties slikti, un tad tev ir sajūta, ka tu neesi viens, un tev paliek labāk. Šo dziesmu es nejauši uzgāju, tad kad to man vajadzēja.
Plāni Jūlijam, man beidzot ir Positivus biļete :D un varbūt atradu šoferi, kas mūs aizvedīs/atvedīs no festivāla, thanks bro :D Gribētos mazliet iekrāt naudu, un beigt pirkt lietas, ko man nevajag, vai kas man jau ir, varbūt par to taps ieraksts, ja es atkal nenoslinkošu.

Yes i again dint have inspiration for blogging, and May favorites turned into June ones. May was fun - that's sarcasm. I had tooth removal surgery - and i stayed at hospital for fist time, nurses were so nice, and i had interesting experience at hospital. This reminds me that i HAVE to schedule dentist appointment soon!
June wasnt my month, and even thought of driving school gives me anxiety, but i have to get my shit together, cause i can do it. This year June is special, because of football. I'm sad that almost all my favorite teams lost , so GO ENGLAND and France too!
In June i procrastinated and instead of things that i badly needed to do, i decided to declutter my closet, and throw away/donate all clothes that i dont like, doesnt fit, yes i want to loose weight but bad genes and food is my comfort, is not god combination, so it's even harder to do it, and i what's the point of leaving clothes that doenst fit.
Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation - I heard about this foundation for the first time on Zanda's blog, and I honestly even tried it in Drogas a couple of times and thought that it was definitely not for me. Since i was running out of my foundation and I decided not to buy the same one,because I wanted to try something new, Maybelline dind not have my tone and i took this one. For now, I have found a new favorite foundation that I really like and has good coverage, looks naturally on the skin and it stays all day. Ideal for my combination skin type, and the best part tone # 10 is perfect. To be honest, sometimes these slightly cheap foundations are quite yellow or too dark for me. The only thing I do not like is a rather impractical packaging, which I'm not excited about.
Rimmel London # Fix & Go is a 2-in-1 primer and setting spray - my MAC makeup fixing spay was almost gone and at that moment, a I could not buy a new one, maybe another time, but gave this one a chance. So far, I've tried different price categories fixing spays - I dint wanted to buy Makeup revolution one, because it stinks like something that it's not good for your face. Well, what to say, the product has a pleasant smell, it seems to me that it smells like cucumbers. I have noticed a difference in the use of this product, my blush stays on longer. I recommend trying it.
I accidentally bought fake eye shadows on ebay, but i like them a lot, they are very pigmented, except white shade, they are blendable and stay on very well with primer.
Brown basket - I found it in a small charity shop for just 2 euros, I would have paid more; it also came with a cover, now I can put some of my things .
For movies - finally saw Black panther - it was ok, not the best Marvel film i have ever seen, so i dont really get why everyone was so obsessed and was raving about it so much. But Avengers Infinity war was so good, cant wait for next part i need to know what will happen next!
Music - Bring me the horizon - Avalanche. Listen to words, some songs you need tolisten when you feel very bad so you dont feel alone.
Plans for July - vacation and Positivus, i actually have some plans for blog posts, if i will be inspired/not be lazy.
Auskari ar bārkstīm un pušķīšiem ir atrodami praktiski visur. Dažnedažādās krāsās un veidos, tā kā katrs savai gaumei var atrast vispiemērotāko. Teikšu kā ir, ja vien man viņus nevajadzētu steidzami, es droši vien veikalā nepirktu šāda veida auskarus, jo nesen redzēju identiskus saviem, tikai 3 reizes dārgāk.
Tā kā tagad kopš atklāju plastmasas auskaru āķus, varu nēsāt praktiski jebkurus garākus auskarus, man paveras ebay auskaru plašumi :D bet nopietni, šāda veida auskari ir modē šajā sezonā, tendences mainās, un vai ir vērts maksāt ļoti daudz par to, ko iespējams jau rudenī vairs nevilksi?
Tāpēc, padalīšos ar saviem atradumiem, un vēl pāris auskari ceļo pie manis, un varbūt pasūtīšu vēl kādu,jo kāpēc ne. Man personīgi šāda veida auskari patiks arī tad, kad būs jau modē kaut kas cits :D
Skaisti un koši zili auskari :) Dzīvē izskatās pat nedaudz košāk. Šos mazliet gribu pataupīt un nenēsāšu ikdienā. Varu jau iedomāties, ka ja Jāņos nāksies strādāt, varēšu pieskaņot šos pie sava rudzupuķu vainadziņa :) Ja interesē links šeit. Kā vienīgo mīnusu varētu pieskaitīt to, ka krāsu izvēle ir diezgan maza, bet tā labas kvalitātes auskari, izskatās dārgāki nekā maksā.

These kind of earrings are everywhere now. You can find them in every color possible and in different price ranges depending on where you buy them from. Since i find my solution to my earring allergy(link here) i can pretty much wear all hook earrings that i want :) To be honest i'm not gonna spend a lot money on same earrings in store if i dont need them right away, because you can find them a lot cheaper online! In my opinion if you dont really like this trend and you are not gonna wear them after everyone is done with this trend , them why you need to spend a lot money on these things. I like this style of earrings a lot, and i would love to have more of them, and maybe i'll buy them.
1. I love color of these, they are so vibrant and in summery blue color. In real life looks more expensive than i paid for, good quality. I only wish color selection was better. I can imagine these earrings paired together with cornflower head band for Midsummer eve celebration.
2. Second pair is so cute. These would be perfect for those who like this trend of earrings but dislike long ones. I definitely want another pair of these in different color :)
3. They might look heavy but they actually are so light and comfortable to wear. Wore them to work 2 days in row, and i will wear them again. Maybe i''l order green ones as well.

Man patīk nēsāt garus un interesanta dizaina auskarus, bet man ir alerģija no metāla, un visu, kas nav sudrabs, manas ausis diemžēl nepanes. Tāpēc man ir tik žēl un nedaudz skauž, ka citi var nēsāt ko vien grib un viņiem nav jāsatraucās, ka būs alerģiska reakcija. Sudraba auskari, ja būs interesantā dizainā tie noteikti būs ļoti dārgi un ne manā budžetā. 2 reizes ebay esmu atradusi apsudrabotus auskaru āķus, taču pāris pēdējās reizes gadījies tā, ka tie ir tikai sudraba krāsā. Vienu vakaru man ienāca prātā ideja, ka jāuzmeklē plastmasas auskaru āķi, jāpārbauda vai kkas tāds vispār ir pieejams. Tā es uzmeklēju pirmo lētāko variantu un pasūtīju.
Ar šiem favorīta ierakstiem ir tā, vai nu man ir iedvesma un es lietoju kaut ko kaut cik savādāku kā parasti, vai arī man nav iedvesmas un nekas jauns, vai atklāts vecais labais, nav izmantots.
Kā pagāja aprīlis, ļoti ātri. Pēdējā laikā ir sajūta, ka laiks skrien tik ātri uz priekšu, ka tūlīt jau atkal būs ziema. Tikko vēl bija sniegs, un tagad jau paliek zaļāks, siltāks.
Pēdējā laikā man tā riebjas mans grafiks, cik tas nepārdomāti brīžiem tiek salikts, tāpēc aprīlis liekas tāds ļoti nogurdinošs mēnesis. Brīžiem galīgi nav prieka iet uz darbu. Bet ar darba meklējumiem ir kā ir. Vakances jau ir, bet laikam manas prasības ir augušas.
Tomēr ļoti priecājos par siltajām un saulainajām dienām, tik ļoti, ka man arī pret lietu nav ne mazāko iebildumu.
Ļoti gaidu maiju un Pasaules čempionātu hokejā, jācer, ka varēšu redzēt vismaz lielāko daļu Latvijas izlases spēles :)
